we had training(netballers)

changes had been made..
there will be 3 days of training in 1 week..
which is Tuesday,wednesday and Friday
Friday will be the physical day..
wah tiring sey..

going to stadium with coach Vivian.. MUST wear black or red t-shirt..
either one ar..

sec 1s were told to buy the netball t-shirt and shorts..
before the trip to Malaysia..
