yesterday training

it was hell yeah fun! (:
we were like crazy people.
so damn funny la.

me and cassandra ties our friendship once again.
we acted as if .. noting happened.
me and evelina teamed up.
she became the attacker and i be the defender.

she pushed until i fall down loh..

then i losed my eyes looking down.
everyone thought i cried
but acctually i damn malu lo.
then i looked up and i said (while laughing)
arghh~ my ass.
and then they laugh lo like hell.
they merely thought i cried but i wasn't.
muahahaa
we dropped alot of balls
we hack care.
cause no coach vivian only our
two wannabe coach josephine and karyl.
damn leh.
we so slacky lor yesterday.
it has been a long time since i came for training with laugher.
jia yu was sicked so she left early.

so fun lo
hjope we have the same training like yesterday.
but i think probably not la.
cause' mr teo will be coaching us.
i guess there will be alot of running.
